WE will make distributions for all expenses!- Mortgage payments, HOA Dues, Lawn Service, Special Assessments, Pool Service, etc. Including direct deposit into your bank account.
WE will provide detailed monthly & yearly statements!- Every month you will receive itemized statements & copies of the maintenance invoices. At the end of the year you will know exactly what your expense/net was on the property. (Including 1099's)
WE will use the best legal service for delinquent tenants!
WE will Inspect your property!- Conducting property inspections at the beginning of a lease, every 6 months and after a tenant vacates the property. PLUS periodic drive bys.
WE have NO up-front fees!- All fees are deducted from the rental proceeds collected from a secured tenant. Our 1 year agreement is 1/2 the 1st months rental proceeds for a set up fee, which pays all marketing & advertising, rental agents commission, new account inspection PLUS move in inspections. 10% of monthly rental proceeds for the 12 month term.
