- Every month you will receive itemized statements & copies of the maintenance invoices. At the end of the year you will know exactly what your expense/net was on the property. (Including 1099's)

- The state of Nevada is for the Landlord - NOT the tenant.
WE will Inspect your property!
- Conducting property inspections at the beginning of a lease, every 6 months and after a tenant vacates the property. PLUS periodic drive bys.
WE have NO up-front fees!
- All fees are deducted from the rental proceeds collected from a secured tenant. Our 1 year agreement is 1/2 the 1st months rental proceeds for a set up fee and 10% of monthly rental proceeds .
